> Research Interests:
Structural studies of biological macromolecules using single-crystal and powder x-ray diffraction techniques. Operation and calibration of charge-coupled device area detectors in x-ray crystallographic applications. Methods development for protein crystallographic experiments at synchrotron beam lines. Software development for diffraction data analysis and synchrotron beam line operation. Provide support for users of the Structural Biology Center synchrotron beam lines at the Advanced Photon Source in protein crystallography data collection and analysis.
